The popular Popeye's Chicken Sandwich is back, for good, says the restaurant chain.
The new item was on the menu for a limited time in August when the demand got too high for the company to keep up with after the sandwich went viral on social media.
Fortune Magazine put together a good video looking at the story behind why the sandwich went viral and is so popular.
For the report, Fortune talked to the Head of Marketing for Popeye's and the Head Chef. They also interviewed a marketing professor from the Columbia Business School.
